We offer a variety of classes in a variety of styles to support your level of fitness. Our 14 day beginner program (included with the membership) is a great starting point to help you progress with ease!

How often do you add new workouts?

Multiple new classes are added every month!

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! No contracts in sight.

I'm a busy person, how long are your workouts?

We love express classes as much as our members! Most classes are 20 mins and under with many coming in at 5-10 minutes (you ALWAYS have time for a quickie!). We also offer classes 30-45 minutes in length if you're looking for a longer workout.
